The Big Island Country Club is designed by famed golf architect Perry Dye and is one of the most unique golfing experiences in Hawaii. The 18 hole championship golf course features bentgrass/paspalum greens, kikuyu tees, fairways and roughs and beautiful ocean views throughout the course.

This is a golf club committed to major improvements over the coming years and elevating to a new level of the private golf club experience on the island.

Position Details

Salary: Based on Experience

Duties: Must possess strong leadership skills and be an excellent communicator (written & oral) who is well organized and able to multitask. Development and execution of maintenance plan to include fertilizer/chemical applications, sound cultural practices, personnel improvement and development, fiscal management, and commitment to growth. The candidate must have good project management skills and be able to work in a high paced progressive environment.

Education: 2-4 year degree in Turfgrass Management or Agronomics preferred

Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of prior superintendent experience required
